Prefab construction
Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings offers an optimized range of construction components and techniques. All structural elements for your project are produced and assembled in house.
Shell & Core
In a Shell & Core project, Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings takes care of the foundation and structural skeleton, as well as the exterior finish. This includes roof, doors and windows. At the end of the work a wind- and watertight building is handed over to the client.
Turnkey
In a turnkey project, we hand over the completed building ready for immediate use. Willy Naessens Industriebouw takes care of everything: the structure and exterior finish, the earthworks, all techniques and the interior finish.
Design & Build
A Design & Build project is characterized by a close partnership between client, architect and Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings that begins in the preparatory phase. The overlap between the design and construction phases creates synergy. As a result, the work advances smoothly.
