Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings delivers the closed shell of this logistics building in Zedelgem and, in collaboration with Willy Naessens Infra and Willy Naessens Alu, takes care of the water- and windproof finish of the new warehouse. This includes the sewerage in and around the building and the complete exterior construction around the new building.

Bremhove Real Estate is part of the holding company Bremhove, the investment group of entrepreneur Joris Ide. The real estate company arose organically through various acquisitions and mergers within the group. Several industrial buildings became vacant and were given new uses.

This project reflects the vertical integration within the Group. Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings is responsible for the structural work, the water- and windproof finish, the sewerage and the complete exterior construction.
