In the spotlights: Kris De Leeneer

In Lokeren, Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings is building Kris De Leeneer's new warehouse.

The building consists of a large air-conditioned warehouse of 8,700 m² with a free height of 26.05 metres and a side height of 28 metres.

It is a fully automated storage system on 10 levels, where conveyors and shuttles fully automatically store the pallets in the hall and retrieve them for further processing. There is room for approximately 46,000 euro pallets (45,786 pallets to be exact).

Next to the hall is the dispatch area with a ground floor and 3 mezzanine levels, each level has a total area of 3,000 m² for processing the goods. The expedition hall is 24 metres high. There are 10 loading docks.

Underneath the dispatch area is an underground car park of approximately 2,500 m².
