Project in the spotlights: Callewaert Industries
For Callewaert Industries, Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings is constructing a new company headquarters in Zwevezele.
The project emphasizes functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency. This modern industrial building will centralize Callewaert Industries’ operations, bringing its various metalworking divisions together under one roof.
A robust concrete structure with a well-considered internal layout spans a footprint of 7,800 m², while around 3,000 m² of mezzanine floors are integrated for offices and additional storage space.
A striking architectural feature is the 70-meter-long walkway at the front, connecting the two office wings. The construction covers the full scope up to the wind- and watertight stage, including earthworks and landscaping.
