Project in the spotlight: Meguiars
Meguiars, who has more than 110 years of experience in car maintenance products, recently built new premises. Willy Naessens Industriebouw had the honour and pleasure of signing for the realisation.
This atypical building perpetuates the organic growth that is their turn and on the other hand, the seeds for a flourishing future have certainly been sown here. Builder and architect consciously opted for simple architecture wrapped in solid and durable materials.
The works started in January 2018 and were completed in March '19, the quiet, functional workspaces exude the intended industrial style perfectly.
The building consists of a footprint of 930 m² intended for all kinds of purposes and 485 m² on the first floor, where the manager is housed, and a spacious terrace with a green roof.
Willy Naessens Industriebouw was responsible for foundations, concrete structure, walls, roofing, concrete floor and external joinery.
