Project in the spotlights: Smet Jet

In Engis, a truck maintenance facility is being developed for Smet Jet NV, a well-established player in industrial cleaning, waste processing and environmental services. The new infrastructure supports the company’s growth within the Liège industrial zone, where a strong presence of chemical, energy and heavy industries calls for efficient logistics. 

The works include a warehouse, fuel station and cleaning area. Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings is completing the hall in the first phase, with an office extension to follow later.  

This forward-looking development strengthens Smet Jet NV’s operations and creates a scalable base at a strategic location along the Meuse Valley.
