The halls and offices will be realised by Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings, which is responsible for the wind- and watertight shell construction, sewerage works, environmental construction and technical installations.

Together, the production halls cover a gross area of 5,717 square metres. The office building has a total area of 1,544.56 square metres and provides space for a showroom (365 m²), office and meeting rooms (370 m²), a multi-purpose room (156 m²), a refectory, a sales room, bicycle storage, changing rooms, a communal dining room and the necessary sanitary facilities, among other things.
