Bissen - Rotarex

Willy Naessens Industriebouw is currently building a new site for Rotarex Bissen. The site will be twice the size of the current office in Lintgen and will improve production by integrating a goods-to-person intra logistics system.

The building will consist of a production area and an administrative area. There will be more meeting rooms, an open canteen with a patio, a company restaurant and underground parking. The building will be completely underground and the exterior construction will also be coordinated by Willy Naessens Industriebouw. There will be a 'clean room'*, where the Research & Development team will be located, and a fully automated 18m-high stockroom.

The curtain wall of 12m by 20m is provided by Willy Naessens Alu joinery.

There is further collaboration with several companies within the Willy Naessens Group, including Interton, Concreton, Tripan, Megaton, ... for the production and supply of concrete panels, columns and beams. This ensures vertical integration within the Group.
