Project in the spotlights: West Wing
A new parking tower for the West Wing site is under construction in Roeselare.
The West Wing site in Roeselare offers various office spaces. The parking tower on the site will be used by the employees working there.
Several Willy Naessens Group concrete plants are involved in the construction of this parking tower, including Concreton, Intershipping, Megaton Oudenaarde, Seveton and Structo.
Concreton is responsible for the production of the reinforced concrete columns and beams, while Intershipping is supplying the prestressed beams for the different floors. Megaton Oudenaarde is handling the production of the stair and elevator shafts. Seveton is used for the concrete sandwich panels, while Structo is responsible for the production of the floor slabs.
This vertical integration makes the production process shorter and easier, allowing much faster switching between the parties involved.
