In Ganshoren, near Brussels, Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings is building a new site on behalf of property developer CIT RED. The site, which will be occupied by end client Trafco, will serve as a workshop for a bespoke construction company.
The project will be delivered as closed shell construction, also known as ‘Shell & Core’. In such project, Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings takes care of both the load-bearing structure and the exterior finishing. This includes the roof and joinery. This gives the customer a wind- and watertight building.
Willy Naessens Infra takes care of the earthworks, while the joinery is provided by our own aluminium joinery Willy Naessens Alu.
