Kortenberg - De Sutter Projects

Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings is currently building a new site for De Sutter Projects, project developer specialized in building commercial real estate. The construction of this project, consisting of SME units, is currently in the final phase. Only the exterior finishing and some minor points will soon be carried out.

Here, concrete elements were produced by companies within the Willy Naessens Group: Tripan produced the panels, Intershipping the columns and vaults, Seveton the TT elements and Megaton the stair elements.

This ensures vertical integration within the Willy Naessens Group.

Kampenhout - De Sutter Naturally 

On behalf of De Sutter Naturally, quality reference for the development, production and installation of pasture gates, horse fences and wooden shelters, Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings is currently building a new showroom, offices and an event center.

There will also be a new production area and a building that will be an extension to store stock. SME units will also be built for sales and rental.

 As in the above project, the production of concrete elements will be carried out by Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings. Here we worked together with Megaton.
