Realisation in the spotlights: Waterfront

In Waregem, Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings realises the new parking building at the Waterfront.

Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings recently delivered the new parking building at the Waterfront in Waregem, consisting of three floors with space for 439 parking spaces. The innovative design of the building includes seven ramps on which vehicles can park, making optimal use of the space and allowing for a smooth flow.

The parking building stands out for its modern and functional appearance, its concrete structure enveloped by an elegant façade of wooden slats. In addition, the building is equipped with two stairwells and two lifts, maximising accessibility and convenience for visitors.

Willy Naessens Industrial Buildings took on the complete execution: the earthworks, the load-bearing structure and the roof works.
