Circular in re-use
The Circle® takes circularity to the next level. The use of modular building blocks means that 70% of all elements can be reused in future building projects without any extra work. 25% of the elements are fully recyclable, so virtually none of the materials are lost. The building blocks have high insulation values and are produced and installed by certified, carbon-neutral companies. Our aim with The Circle® is an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM score, while ‘Outstanding’ is also within reach. The required investment is no higher than for our traditional building projects, by definition.
